He attended the Contemporary Art School set up by his father, Avdei Ter-Oganyan, which gave birth to a whole generation of Moscow artists who later created the well-known group Radek. This is not a bomb. The project �This is not a bomb� is a series of objects produced from everyday things, clockwork bits and wires. The project, which is located on the margin of �horrible and comical�, is aimed at a critical conceptualization of the problem of �terrorist threat as nonexistent�. This is not a bomb.
